Nose Surgery (Rhinoplasty)
Your nose surgery takes usually between two to three hours at doctor’s clinic and occurs under a general anesthetic. Less time is needed to correct only internal breathing issues, while more time is required for cosmetic changes (nose reshaping). After rhinoplasty or any nose surgery (nose job), you remain in the clinic till fully awake. This varies from half an hour to two or three hours. Then you will also stay at clinic for a few more hours while staff monitors your progress before leaving.

Rhinoplasty surgery is generally a well tolerated procedure. While many patients experience minimal post operative discomfort, others may feel more comfortable taking oral pain medication for the first few days.
